LTO SMS Service - TextLTO

TextLTO, a mobile query facility, enables the public to inquire about requirement for various LTO transactions by texting "LTOHELP" to 2600; this service number applies to all mobile networks. A set of keywords guides users toward their desired transactions.

Back then, you’d either have to go to an LTO office and fill-out documents for you to be able to get info about a vehicle or had to know someone from inside to cut red tape – faster processing.
Now, these infos are just “one text away”.

To get info about the vehicle, send the following to 2600:
 
On your cellphone text this message:

LTOspaceVEHICLEspaceABC123

ABC123 stands for your vehicle’s PLATE NUMBER ( Philippines )

i.e. LTO VEHICLE ABC123

SEND to 2600 and wait for auto-generated reply then save to your phone.

(An amount of P2.50 (SMART/GLOBE) or P2.00 (SUN) will be charged when you send to 2600)

A reply message from 2600 will inform you the following about the plate number:

Car Plate:
Model:
Year:
Color:
Date of Last Registered:
LTO Apprehension: if any
LTO Alarm: if any
